HB Transportation Request Portal will provide customers/ clients the ability to request for a pickup / delivery. The portal is available 24 hours a day. Requestor will receive Email notifications as soon as the Request is accepted and delivered. To register please email hbtransportation.systemsupport@hbc.com.

Tracing

To trace and Track a particular shipment, please ensure you have at least one of the following information: Trailer number, booking number, Carrier, Date of pickup or Delivery, HBC Reference number. For immediate assistance, please contact hbtransportation.operation@hbc.com

Pickup Request

To book a pickup, please ensure you provide a valid HBC Reference number for immediate tracking. We require 48 hours notice to schedule a request.
